Her favorite facilitations combine teambuilding activities with substantive discussions that matter to YOUR work - whether it's co-creating a mission and vision for your team, creating an internal process, or enhancing your marketing efforts.
Gina is a trained mediator who can bring conflict resolution skills into any setting. She also trains managers on how (and why) to use emotional intelligence, empathy, and active listening with their teams. She is certified in the EQ-i 2.0 instrument.
Gina has worked with a variety of nonprofit, small business, and government agencies.
