Do you ever find that a group you're working with has hit a wall? As facilitators, we see the potential in teams and groups, and it is our job to unlock that potential. In this session, Aaron Proietti will introduce a methodology for getting teams to perform at a higher level by defining and shifting the roles of its members. We'll explore the idea of archetypal coaching: using language associated with recognizable roles that occur in our psyches to shift the mindset and level of participation of group members. And you'll learn how Aaron uses the Today's Innovator Profiles to unlock creativity and change agency in teams trying to innovate.
As part of Aaron’s presentation, he’ll be talking about the roles people play within a change and innovation team. If you’d like to take the assessment to learn your own natural role in advance of the event, you can do so here: https://form.jotform.com/todaysinnovator/MAFN. Completion of the assessment is encouraged but not required, for participation. The assessment must be completed by Thursday evening, November 19th.
