MAFN's February 25th Online Workshop: Explore Scenario Planning

  • 02/25/2022
  • 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
  • Online using Zoom

Registration

Duration: 3-hour workshop (includes a little networking time)

About the workshop

With so much uncertainty, how do you help your clients and organizations strategize and prepare for the unknown? One way is applying Scenario Planning. This process focuses on developing strategies based on “scenarios” of potential futures. This allows an organization to be strategically responsive and resilient should those potential futures occur (like a Pandemic!). During this interactive workshop, you will learn about Scenario Planning while also experiencing a facilitation structure for this effort.

Learning Objectives

In this session, participants will:

  •  - Learn and try out the key steps of this process

  •  - Explore, discuss, and share its merits and ideas for potential uses.

NOTE: This workshop will be recorded for distribution to all who register (breakout rooms will not be recorded).

This is a 3-hour online workshop. It will take place from 12:00pm to 3pm EST.
