MAFN's March 25th Online Workshop: Sketchnoting 101

  • 03/25/2022
  • 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
  • Online using Zoom

Registration

Duration: 3-hour workshop

About the workshop

Sketchnoting 101 is an interactive, 3-hour workshop dedicated to learning the art of visual notetaking. In this workshop, you will learn The Four Skills of Sketchnoting (listening, writing, drawing, and design) and practice each skill with both group and individual exercises. At the end of the workshop, we'll put all the skills together and practice sketchnoting together. There will be plenty of time to ask questions and get feedback throughout. This is a "participate and practice" kind of workshop, not a "sit back and watch" kind of workshop, so bring plenty of paper (loose-leaf or notebook), a black pen, a pencil, and a few color markers of your choice.

Learning Objectives

By attending this workshop, you will:

   - Learn The Four Skills of Sketchnoting
   - Practice each skill with group and individual exercises
   - Explore and experience the art of visual notetaking

NOTE
: This workshop will be recorded for distribution to all who register (breakout rooms will not be recorded).

This is a 3-hour online workshop. It will take place from 12:00pm to 3:00pm EST.
