Ever need to creatively and effectively capture the braintrust of groups you’re working with?
In this highly participatory session, you’ll experience three engaging facilitation techniques/methods to use when brainstorming or problem solving. You’ll also have an opportunity to bring in your own current questions or challenges for discussion, and hear how your peers are approaching these issues as well.

NOTE: This workshop will be recorded for distribution to all who register (breakout rooms will not be recorded).
This is a 3-hour online workshop. It will take place from 12:00pm to 3pm EDT and will include some optional networking.
Speakers:
As a certified virtual facilitator, certified coach, experienced visual note-taker and effective leadership development trainer, Lauren Green believes in the power of visualization to support productive and dynamic group processes and knowledge management. She has an extensive toolkit of modalities for designing inclusive, engaging and productive sessions, whether they are held in person, online or in a hybrid/blended format. Lauren is the owner and executive director of Dancing with Markers®, a team of visual practitioners who hold space for individuals, teams and organizations, as they work towards their vision and achieve their goals. She holds a master’s degree in Organization Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University. Mae Cooper is a trainer and facilitator with expertise in collaborative, experiential, and interactive approaches to training, learning, and meeting design. Currently, she works as a Manager of Leadership Development at Capital One supporting the development and growth of Leadership College, a platform to grow leaders for the world. Previously, she served as a Learning and Development Manager for the Division of Development and Alumni Relations at the George Washington University. For over 20 years, she has volunteered with CISV International and has trained educators and leaders in Japan, Canada, Guatemala, Mexico, and across the United States. Ms. Cooper holds a Master of Education in community development from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Arts in political communication from George Washington University. She is also certified in Clifton Strengths and MBTI and loves baking sourdough bread, hiking in the woods, and traveling to new places.
