Description:According to the U.S. Census Bureau, by the year 2043, no racial group will represent a majority in the U.S. population. This historic milestone is just 20 years away, yet what does it mean for our nation that has long had “majority” and “minority” populations? Join us on January 10th to kick off the New Year, discuss the implications of this shift, what it means for companies and organizations, and what we can do as a Racial Justice Community of Practice. We’ll hear from Julye M. Williams, the founder of The Project 2043 Institute, a strategic consulting and training firm that helps organizations act on their goals for diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
