Duration: Two workshops - 90 minutes each
About the workshop:
Groups answer the questions you ask them.
This makes topic and question framing the foundation of every workshop design. But what exactly is framing? And how do you grow your framing skills?
In this series, we'll explore a visual tool for identifying and shifting the frames used in leadership communication, coaching, and workshops. Learn to detect your group's current perspective, intentionally explore new frames, and break free from stagnation. Perfect for those looking for new ways to build team empathy, inspire creativity, enhance problem-solving, and up-level your facilitation practice.
This is a series of two 90-minute sessions.
