Duration: 2 hours
About the workshop:
Drawing on 27 years of experience facilitating strategic planning across nonprofit, public and private sectors, Dr. Rebecca Sutherns will wade right into the most difficult facilitation decisions in those processes and invite participants to navigate them skillfully together.
Using a composite case study approach, we’ll identify moments that frequently cause facilitation stress in strategic planning and attempt to co-create a “prevention plan” that each participant can adapt to suit their context.
Participants can expect process design insights, practical advice and large doses of candour and humour as we engage in real talk about the pleasures and pitfalls of collaborative planning.
