Do you work with clients on designing products, programs or services? Are you looking for ways to unlock more creativity in your workshop sessions?
Join us to learn a few simple techniques you can use in meetings and workshops to help groups ‘unstick’ their thinking and unlock creativity! You'll walk away with practical tools – drawn from Futures Thinking and Human Centered Design - that you can incorporate into your sessions right away.
And you’ll have the chance to share ideas on how to use them.

Speaker:
Catherine McMahon is an Organizational Development Consultant who leverages 20+ years of international program management and development experience to help mission-driven teams and organizations build alignment and resilience for positive practical action. She is a skilled trainer and facilitator who has developed and delivered training materials and events ranging from weeklong courses for food security professionals, to highly participatory skills-building workshops focused on program design and proposal development, to strategic planning and change management sessions for nonprofit organizations.
