Sometimes a group goes quiet, circles the same point, or just feels… frozen. This Salon is all about what we do in those moments. During this casual gathering, we’ll swap stories about times our groups have gotten stuck and share the moves we use to get things flowing again: reframing the question, changing the structure, naming the stuckness, or simply pausing.

Come ready to share one real example and at least one strategy you reach for when the energy dips, the conflict stalls, or the conversation goes in circles, so we can all add a few new “unsticking” tools to our facilitator toolkit.

Please note that this is for MAFN members only and there is limited space, so please register early.
