Each sector brings its own culture, pace, and expectations to the room. In this conversation, we will explore how our facilitation approach shifts when we work with nonprofit, government, and corporate clients. We will share real examples of what has worked (and what has not), and surface practical strategies for adapting our designs, contracts, and in-the-moment facilitation to fit the sector we are serving without losing our own facilitation style.
