Biography
Laura Bowles is the owner of The New Normal, LLC. As a Career and Conflict Coach, Laura partners with individuals as they move through life’s many phases and define success for themselves, both in the personal and professional space. Laura draws on her education, nonprofit and government work as a parent educator, employment case manager, program manager, and certified mediator to provide coaching and training for individuals and groups. Laura earned her undergraduate degree at the College of William and Mary, trained as a Leadership Coach at George Mason University, is credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, and is certified as a mediator through the Supreme Court of Virginia.
