Social Media Volunteers: We are looking for savvy social media volunteers with experience in Canva. Expectation: 2-3 hours/month to post on LinkedIn (and potentially other platforms).
In-person event volunteers: Support our in-person events/speakers (registration, marketing, food, speaker needs, set up/clean up).
Tech Hosts: Support our online events (meet with speaker for prep session; ensure speaker needs during the session are met; collaborate with other Tech Hosts for the session). Expectation: 5-7 hours/month (depending on the month/sessions you sign up for).
Marketing Support: We are looking for 1-2 people to provide marketing support. Conduct outreach to local businesses, promote MAFN on free websites, and engage with like-minded communities to promote MAFN. Expectation: 6-8 hours/month.
Web Designer: We are looking for 1-2 people with experience in designing and implementing websites to create an optimal online experience for the MAFN community. Expectation: 6-8 hours/month until the upgrade is complete.
Marketing Support: We are looking for 1-2 people to provide marketing support. Conduct outreach to local businesses, promote MAFN on free websites, and engage with like-minded communities to promote MAFN. Expectation: 6-8 hours/month.
Board Nominations Committee: We have an open space for the Board Nominating Committee for our 2025 elections. This position will start in February 2025.
MAFN Board: We are looking for enthusiastic professionals with 8-10 hours/month to support our MAFN community. You will collaborate with the other Board members to grow MAFN’s reach and advance the facilitation community. Expectations: Attend monthly Board meetings, serve on 1-2 committees, and attend most events throughout the year.
