When groups meet to explore and build agreement, they frequently generate lots of ideas and data. This flood of inputs can be overwhelming for the group. It can also be overwhelming for the facilitator - you may not be familiar with the subject, and you have little idea about the quality of the ideas being presented by group participants.
This webinar will explore a range of techniques that facilitators can use to help groups process a large range of information. We will look at a variety of techniques that can help a group make sense of the data, and will consider the ways in which meeting software technologies can be helpful for large or remote groups.
