I am so excited to be working with you on applying neuroscience breakthroughs to our work as facilitators. During this webinar, after a brief overview of some basic neuroscience constructs; neuroplasticity, emotional contagion, the brains default mode network and, attachment theory; we will be experiencing two online reflective exercises that demonstrate the intentional use of new neuroscience constructs to foster group awareness, strengthen team cohesion and set the stage for leadership transformation. From that we will also discuss how to use neuroscience as a design lens, a way to determine workshop trajectory and, as a brain savvy tool for managing group energy.
A hint-these scalable structured experiences always work regardless of audience and their work in the world. Typical audiences have been international and domestic law enforcement officials; NASA scientists; Navy Civilian engineers, University Faculty; Applied Healing Arts Practitioners and Peace Corps Volunteers. Of course, please feel free to adapt, adjust, modify and embed these activities in any way that serves.
