About the session...
Life’s too short for boring meetings! This webinar is packed with practical tips and techniques to run more effective and engaging sessions. It takes your “tried and true” facilitation activities to the next level. Participants will not only deepen their toolbox of facilitation techniques and sharpen their familiar tools, but more importantly be equipped to know why and when to use them.

Participants will:
  • Strengthen their core competencies as facilitators.
  • Take the group process activities, skills and tools with which they are already familiar to a higher level of engagement and effectiveness, in both in-person and online contexts.
  • Deepen their toolbox of facilitation techniques, including why and when to use them.
