Duration: 90-minute workshop

About the workshop:

As facilitator, you’re called on to do many things from consulting, facilitating, and training to mentoring and coaching. And while you’re very good at what you do, the daily barrage of emails, texts, tweets, and meetings distract you and stress you out. Perhaps you’ve heard the recent buzz about the docudrama The Social Dilemma or
Coded Bias and you’re wondering how to take action? You know there must be a better way to manage these tech tools that seem to be getting in your way more often than they help you and your clients focus on mission-critical activities. If this sounds familiar to you, join this fun, interactive session on how to mindfully use technology to be more present for yourself and the organizations you serve.

Learning Objectives
In this session, participants will:
  • Audit your personal digital wellness and determine your digital wellness score
  • Identify tech distraction triggers, and implement customized strategies to improve your digital wellness
  • Learn how to create a mindful technology plan for yourself and your team
This is a 90-minute online workshop. It will take place from 12:00pm to 1:30pm EST.

Speaker:

He is the founder and CEO of Mindful Techie, author of the Intention Planner, and a certified mindfulness teacher.
