Duration: 90-minute workshop
About the workshop:
Assessments have become incredibly popular in the learning and development world, with dozens, maybe hundreds, of tools that measure everything from individual communication styles to personality traits to team culture.
While assessments are effective in giving people insights into their own behavior and providing a shared language to better understand others, they alone can’t lead to sustainable change.
Real growth and change don’t result from knowledge alone; they come from experience. From doing. From practice.
At its core, experiential learning is about creating a safe space to practice applying the knowledge at the individual and groups levels.
In this presentation, we will explore how to pair different assessments with experiential learning to make meaningful and sustainable change.
