About the workshop

In this webinar, Brian will teach the Drexler/Sibbet Team Performance® Model, a visual tool which is the foundation for The Grove's team development practice.

The Team Performance Model is a comprehensive tool for understanding the stages of team development. Allan Drexler and David Sibbet spent 10 years refining a comprehensive model of team performance that shows the predictable stages involved in both creating and sustaining teams.

This powerful tool for developing and sustaining teams can be used as a framework and common language for supporting a team-based culture.
