Topic:
Neuroscience of Change and How to Use It In Facilitation

Description:

Why do some groups lean into change while others shut down or push back? In this casual conversation, MAFN chair Susan Levin will kick us off with a few brain-based ideas about how people respond to change. From there, we’ll swap stories and simple facilitation moves that help calm threat, boost safety, and make it easier for groups to try something new.

Note the new meeting location and time: This month we’ll meet at Rockville Memorial Library beginning at 10:30 am.

Please note that this is for MAFN members only and there is limited space, so please register early.

Our guiding principles are:

  • Connection + Conversation + Community = Salon

  • Come open to listening and sharing
