Why do some groups lean into change while others shut down or push back? In this casual conversation, MAFN chair Susan Levin will kick us off with a few brain-based ideas about how people respond to change. From there, we’ll swap stories and simple facilitation moves that help calm threat, boost safety, and make it easier for groups to try something new.
